Terms of Service:

By commissioning me you agree fully to my TOS, any violations of my TOS will result in a canceled commission and you may be blacklisted.


General Info:

- No Commercial Use
- SFW Photos Only
- No Bigots, Zoophiles, Pedophiles, etc. I have ZERO tollerance for any of that.


Turn-around Time:

Estimated turn-around time is 2-3 weeks after the photoshoot. However, I am a full-time college student and it can affect my schedule. I will update you ASAP with an updated schedule.


Payments, Cancellations & Refunds:

- Payment is upfront and preferrably done on Ko-Fi. PayPal is available as a back-up.
-I allow free cancellations up to 24 hours before the photoshoot. If you need to cancel on the day of the shoot, you must contact me. You will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancelling prior to the photoshoot will result in a full refund.
- If you are a no-show, you will receive a 50% refund. Not showing up not only wastes my time, but will also make me more hesitant to give you a slot in the future.
If you are running late, you must let me know immediately.
- I have the right to cancel your commission if needed, if this happens you will receive a full refund. This could happen either due to an illness, an emergency has occurred, something on my schedule has changed. Or, I am simply unable to complete your commission.


Group Photoshoot Policy:

- Only up to 3 participants including yourself. Group shoots require an additional $30. If you purchase a slot but fail to select the group photoshoot add-on, and still show up with a group,
I will withhold all selects until the $30 is paid.
I will refund the $30 fee if your photoshoot becomes a solo shoot.


Solo Photoshoot Policy:

Only 1 participant is allowed in a solo photoshoot.
Handlers are allowed to be there during the photoshoot, but cannot participate in the photos.
You can switch to a group shoot but I will charge $30 as listed above in my Group Photoshoot Policy.


Rescheduling Policy:

- You must notify me ASAP if you need to reschedule. I'm more than happy to accommodate!


Credit, Posting, and Social Media Policy:

- You are allowed to post the photos you receive wherever you like.
- My watermark must be clearly visible in all posts. and I must be credited as the photographer in the same post as the photo.

AI Policy:

Use of AI in any kind, shape or form is strictly prohibited. By commissioning me you agree to all of my Terms of Service, including this policy. Do not use my work to train AI. Do not 'enhance' my work, or change it in any way. This includes ChatGPT, Groc, Sora, and any other AI 'tools' currently available or any future AI 'tools'. This applies to all past, present and future commissions. Violation of this policy will result in the commissioner being permanently banned from future commissions. Any owed work will be canceled and you will be refunded.

FAQ:

How will I recieve the photos?
I will send you a .zip file via Telegram or other messaging platform!
For WIP's I tend to just send the individual photos.
How many photos will I get in total?
Around 10 - 15 photos in total!
Can I get the photos printed?
Yes! Please do! You may get the photos printed, or turn them into stickers, but remember you cannot sell them. And please remember to keep my watermark clearly visible!
Why do you have photos with a MilesTheFloof watermark?
I rebranded from my previous main fursona Miles, over to Lars.
Could I possibly commission a group shoot with more than 3 people?
At this current time, no. I may choose to expand the group limit, if so I will notify folks, and update my TOS.
Can I re-edit your work?
No. I use CC-BY-NC-ND for licensing. Edits, and Commercial Use is prohibited.
If you want something adjusted I am happy to do so for you.
What equipment do you use?
I use a Sony a7 IV, typically with a 24-105mm Lens, and a 50mm lens.
For film photos, I will typically use either a Leica M2 shooting on CineStill 400D 35mm film stock.
Or, a Hasselblad 503CXi with an 80mm lens, shooting on Portra 160 120mm film stock.
(I will rarely use film unless requested by the commissioner, or if I wanna :3c)Will I recieve the RAW version of the photos?
No. You will recieve high-quality, uncompressed .JPG versions of the photos, once editing is complete.
